Ingredients to make Everyday Veal Piccata
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
6 pieces of veal (8 ounces) gently pounded
½1/2cup flour
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons capers
Directions to make Everyday Veal Piccata
Step 1:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Dredge veal pieces in seasoned salt and flour. Shake off excess.
Step 2:
When butter just begins to turn brown, add veal. Cook approximately 30 seconds on each side. Do not overcook!
Step 3:
Add lemon juice and capers. Stir in pan to combine.
Step 4:
Place veal on warm plates and top with sauce from pan
